Tow Vehicle 

While travel trailers are typically pretty lightweight, you’ll still need to check that your model isn’t too heavy for your towing vehicle. To check, you’ll want to locate your vehicle’s gross weight capabilities in the owner’s manual, and ask your salesperson for the travel trailer’s gross vehicle weight rating. Remember that this number is the trailer’s weight before it contains any luggage or passengers, so be sure to leave yourself a bit of wiggle room.

Travel trailers are typically smaller RVs, designed to transport couples or small families. However, travel trailers are incredibly versatile models, and can come with a variety of different floor plans and sleeping arrangements.
